Eric H. Norby, MD, a native of Arlington, Virginia, is board-certified in both Nuclear Medicine and Pathology. He attended George Washington University, graduating with honors as a double science major in Chemistry and Zoology. His medical training was at the Medical College of Virginia, where he graduated under a military scholarship in 1980. His first postgraduate studies were in Pathology, and he completed his residency in 1984 with board certification the same year.

After serving a year in Korea as a staff pathologist, he was accepted for a two-year fellowship in Nuclear Medicine at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He remained at Walter Reed for three years as a staff Nuclear Medicine physician, with an academic appointment as an assistant professor in Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. At Walter Reed he was active both in research and teaching.

Julio E. Garcia, MD is board certified in Internal Medicine, Nuclear Medicine, and Nuclear Cardiology. Dr. Garcia earned his degree from the USA accredited University of Puerto Rico, School of Medicine (1971-1975). He spent three years in Worcester, Massachusetts (1975-1978) where he completed an internal medicine residency at the Medical Center of Central Massachusetts. From 1978 to 1981 Dr. Garcia served in the U.S. Air Force in the Internal Medicine Service of Malcolm Grow Medical Center at Andrews Air Force Base. In 1981 he transferred to the U.S. Army and completed his Nuclear Medicine Fellowship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, D.C. From 1983 to 1985 he was the Chief of Nuclear Medicine and Radiology at Reynolds Army Hospital, Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Dr. Garcia returned to Walter Reed Medical Center once again where he completed his Active Duty service in 1987.

From 1987 until 1991 he served in the U.S. Army Reserves, returning to Active Duty for two months in 1991, during the Gulf War. From 1992 to 1997 Dr. Garcia was on the faculty of George Washington University Medical Center as an Associate Clinical Professor of Radiology. Since 1986 to the present, he has held staff appointments at the Washington County Hospital Association and Robinwood Medical Center with the practice of Drs. Sachariah & Garcia, P.A., in Hagerstown, Maryland.

Aaron L. Stack, MD is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine. Dr. Stack earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Nebraska, majoring in General Science (1986-1990). He then earned his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, School of Medicine (1990-1994), located in Bethesda, Maryland. He spent his Internship year at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Stack then returned to the D.C. area and completed a four-year residency in Diagnostic Radiology, followed by a two- year fellowship in Nuclear Medicine. Dr. Stack has remained at Walter Reed since his training, and has served as both the Assistant Chief, and Chief of Nuclear Medicine, the Medical Director of the Nuclear Medicine Technologist training program, Medical Director of the Radio-Immunoassay Lab, Associate Program Director of the Nuclear Medicine Fellowship Program, and is an Assistant Professor of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at the Uniformed Services University School of Medicine.

Michael Kistler, MD is certified in Nuclear Medicine and Internal Medicine. He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in 1982. He completed an Internal Medicine residency at Naval Hospital San Diego in 1987 and a Fellowship in Nuclear Medicine at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda in 1989. He remained at Bethesda for three years as a staff Nuclear Medicine physician, with an academic appointment at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.

Between 1992 and 2002 Dr. Kistler was medical director, Department of Nuclear Medicine, at St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI and assistant professor at the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse. He helped inaugurate PET imaging at that facility during his tenure and took an active part in graduate medical education.

Dr. Corina Millo graduated from Sackler Faculty of Medicine, Tel Aviv, Israel in 1992.

She completed an internship in Sheba Medical Center, Tel Aviv followed by a 5 year residency in Nuclear Medicine. During this period she spent 1 year as a visiting resident in Radiology and Nuclear Medicine in Vancouver, BC.

In July 2001 Dr. Millo relocated together with her family to the Washington, DC area. Here she was initially involved in research at Children’s National Medical Center in pediatric nuclear medicine.

Subsequently, she worked at the Washington Hospital Center in Nuclear Medicine, actively participating in treatment and research in the thyroid cancer program.

From July 2003 to July 2005 she completed a Fellowship in Nuclear Medicine at Georgetown University Hospital, focusing on PET and PET/CT imaging.

Dr. Millo holds dual certification from the American Board of Nuclear Medicine and Israeli Board of Nuclear Medicine.
