Scheduling a PET/CT Scan To schedule a PET/CT scan call 703-698-5593 (for Annandale, VA) or 301-652-8001 (for Chevy Chase, MD) or FAX a completed referral form. Referring offices should include all insurance information and recent imaging reports. The patient will be contacted upon receipt of the referral.   PET/CT Scan Results Results will be FAX'ed to referrers within 24-hours of scanning.
